Full collection and re-delivery services both from a veterinary practice and/or your home, provides a fully comprehensive service to help relieve any distress in this difficult time. Additional charges may apply.
Industry Standards
We undertake individual cremations under industry guidelines which has health and safety at its core.
Out of Hours
If you need our services between 8pm and 8am, please leave a message on our answer phone or drop us an email and we’ll respond the following morning.
Overnight Bereavements
Our advice for bereavements overnight would be to keep your loved one in a cool place, wrapped in a blanket or towel. We’ll then be able to arrange handover with you the following morning.
What animals do we cremate?
We individually cremate pretty much every pet you can imagine… cats, dogs, fish, birds, rodents, rabbits, guinea pigs, lizards, snakes, tortoises, frogs, salamanders, ferrets and all domestic pets.
Pet Memorial Products
As standard all cremated pets are returned to you in a wooden casket. We carry stock of urns and scatter tubes too, so please give us a call should you wish for something more or less elaborate.
Wooden Caskets
Our caskets come as standard and are part of the price.
Scatter Tubes
We stock tasteful scatter tubes. Please give us a call to see how much this will reduce your overall price by.
Urns
We have a variety of urns in stock, in wooden and metallic confirgurations.
The service that was provided was very professional , yet caring... Mr Potter was very attentive to our needs, and made myself and my children feel very special, at this sad time... Nothing was to much trouble ... Thank you very much for your help and support.
