'We just wanted to thank Phil and his team at Assisi for the compassion extended to our family when we shockingly lost our beloved cat Fudge. It was explained to us exactly what would be happening (he even collected him from the vets) and this left us confident that he would be respected whilst he was away from home. He extended respect and care to both the deceased and the bereaved, and his timing was such that we were not fretting whilst he was away from us. Phil fulfilled our wishes for Fudge's final journey and nothing was too much for him. When we collected Fudge we were comforted by the tranquil surroundings and I do recommend you pay a visit if you can, they even have a chapel of rest and reflection which is nice for those moments when you need to contemplate your loss.
